When traveling from your base province into another jurisdiction in which you are not registered or apportioned and typically when any one of the following criteria apply:
The gross vehicle/combination exceeds a registered weight of 26,000 lbs (11 797 kg).
The vehicle (power unit only) is traveling on 3 or more axles.
